Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-day refund on your first payment

If you're not happy, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, for any reason. Just email hello@untilreached.com from the email on your account.

2. Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded. But you can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You won't be charged again.

3. How to cancel

Email hello@untilreached.com from the email on your account, or use the cancel option in your account once it is available.

4. Failed AI tasks are never charged

If an AI task fails, it doesn't count toward your limit and you are not charged for it.

5. If our system fails to deliver

If you paid for something and our system fails to deliver it, you can get a refund at any time, even after 7 days. Email us and tell us what went wrong.

6. No guarantee of results

UntilReached helps you find potential clients and write messages, but we don't guarantee any income, clients or other result. Not getting a client is not, on its own, a reason for a refund after the 7 days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
